What does the free preview cost?
Nothing. There is no call and no obligation. You decide after you have seen it.
What if I don't like the preview?
Then you do nothing. The preview costs you nothing, and we delete it after 30 days.
How fast do I get it?
Usually within 2 working days. We email you the link.
Do you work for private persons?
No. Our services are for businesses and organisations, so we ask for your company details when you sign up.
Prices, contracts and ownership
Who owns the website?
On a monthly plan you use the site while you pay, and the design and code stay with us. If you buy it outright, it is fully yours, including the code. A Studio project is yours once paid in full.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans run for at least 12 months. After that they continue month to month, and you can cancel with one month's notice. You have the right to use the site during the plan, so if you want to keep it after that, buy it outright.
Can I move my site to another host?
Yes, once the site is yours. On a monthly plan, buy it outright first. A buy-out or Studio site is yours to move once it is paid in full.
Can I upgrade?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan any month.
Are there costs you haven't mentioned?
Only things you choose: your domain name (usually €10 to €20 a year) and any paid tools you already use, such as a booking system. We tell you before anything costs extra.
How do I pay?
By iDEAL, card or bank transfer. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. Studio projects are invoiced 50% at the start and 50% at launch.
How we build
How long does it take?
The free preview usually takes 2 working days. A Local site is live in about a week after you choose a plan. Studio projects take about three weeks (Signature) to five weeks (Flagship). Dates depend on receiving your content on time.
Who builds my site, and do you use AI?
Pagekade was founded by Joshua Fidelis in Almere. We use modern tools, including AI, to research, write and build quickly. A person designs, checks and launches every site, and nothing goes live without your approval. Meet Joshua.
Can customers book through my site?
Yes. The Groei plan includes a booking or quote form. If you already use a booking system, we can link your site to it, and its own costs stay with you.
Can you build a webshop?
On request, quoted separately.
Which languages can my site have?
Local sites come in Dutch and English. Groei covers up to 3 languages and Studio Flagship two. An extra language costs €15 a month on a Local plan or $900 once on a Studio project.
How do edits work?
Send us a message with what you want changed. Your plan includes edit time every month: 30 minutes on Start, 1 hour on Groei and up to 2 hours on Studio care. Unused time does not carry over, and larger changes are quoted first.
Will my site be number one on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that, and we do not guarantee rankings, visitors or sales. We do build in what Google needs to understand your site, and Local plans include setting up your Google Business Profile.
