1. Who we are

These terms apply to all services of Pagekade, a trade name of Ascend Consultants, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK 84001313), VAT NL003905269B20, Mickey Mousestraat 57, 1336 ZG Almere, the Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].

2. Business customers only

Our services are for businesses and organisations acting in the course of their trade, not consumers. We ask for your company details when you sign up.

3. Free preview

A free preview creates no obligation. We delete it after 30 days unless you order a site.

4. Local plans

Monthly plans run for at least 12 months and are billed in advance each month, in euros, excl. 21% Dutch VAT (reverse charge for EU business customers with a valid VAT number). After 12 months a plan continues month to month and can be cancelled with one month's notice. During a monthly plan you have the right to use the site; ownership of the design and code stays with us until you buy the site outright.

5. Buy-out and Studio projects

A buy-out or Studio project transfers ownership of the delivered site to you once paid in full. Studio projects are invoiced 50% at the start and 50% at launch. Delivery dates depend on receiving your content on time.

6. Edits and care

Your plan includes the stated edit time each month. Unused time does not carry over. Larger changes are quoted first.

7. Your content

You only send us texts, photos, logos and other material you have the rights to. You remain responsible for the content you approve for publication.

8. Data protection

For personal data collected through your site, you are the controller and we are the processor. We sign a data processing agreement before launch, as described in our privacy statement.

9. Liability

We work with care. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We do not guarantee rankings, visitors or sales.

10. Law and complaints

If you are unhappy, email us first and we reply within 14 days. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
